1. Purpose of this Directive

This cookie policy explains which categories of cookies and similar technologies can be used on our website and how you manage your choices. Additional information on the processing of personal data can be found in the data protection declaration.

2. What are cookies and comparable technologies?

Cookies are small text information that can be stored or read on your device via the browser. Comparable technologies are, for example, local storage, pixels or tags.

3. Legal bases

For the storage of information on your device or the access to already stored information is basically your consent according to § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG is required. As far as a technology is absolutely necessary to provide a digital service expressly requested by you, the use takes place in accordance with § 25 para. 2 TDDDG without consent.

As far as personal data are processed, the processing of services subject to consent is based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR. Technically necessary processing takes place according to the purpose on art. 6 par. 1 lit. c or f GDPR.

4. Technically necessary technologies

Technically necessary technologies serve the secure operation, navigation, display and in particular the storage and documentation of your data protection selection by Usercentrics. They are only used insofar as this is permitted by law without consent.

5. Statistics and analysis

Statistical services help us understand the use of the website and improve our offer. Google Analytics 4 will only be activated after your prior consent.

6. Marketing

Marketing technologies can be used to measure campaigns, create target groups and display relevant advertising. The Meta Pixel is used only after your consent.

7. Consent Management with Usercentrics

Your selection is managed via the consent management platform of Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlinger Straße 7, 80331 Munich, and stored on your device. Usercentrics documents the consent decision so that consent-bearing services can be controlled according to your choice.

You can revoke or redefine your consent at any time via “cookie settings” in the footer. Changes are for the future.

8. Services used

The current technical configuration includes Usercentrics, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel. Google Analytics is assigned to the analysis category and the meta pixel to the marketing category.

Which technologies are actually activated depends on your selection. Details of the provider, purpose, legal basis, data categories, recipients and storage period are displayed in the Consent dialog. This may result in processing by companies outside the European Economic Area.

9. Browser settings

You can also delete or block cookies via your browser. This may result in individual functions of the website being limited. You can reopen your selection in the Usercentrics dialog at any time via the footer.

This cookie policy is updated when technologies, providers or legal requirements are changed.
