1. Purpose of processing

By submitting the contact form or the pool configurator, you transmit your information to No1Pool.de for processing your non-binding request, for advice and to prepare a possible offer.

2. Processed data

  • Name and, where applicable, company
  • Address or project location and country, if requested in the form
  • E-mail address and telephone number
  • desired product, budget and configuration specifications
  • Message content and optional supplementary information
  • Technical shipping and delivery information

3. Compulsory and voluntary information

Information marked as mandatory fields is required so that we can assign and answer your request. Without this information, a transmission via the respective form is not possible. All other information is voluntary.

4. Legal basis

The processing of the request takes place for the implementation of pre-contractual measures according to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR. We also process additional voluntary information in order to process the specific request you have made or on the basis of our legitimate interest in efficient and comprehensible communication according to type. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR.

The confirmation on the pool configurator documents that you have taken note of the data protection notice. It does not constitute consent to further data processing.

5. Technical shipping and e-mail mailbox

For technical shipping, we use Resend, a service of Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Resend processes the form data including email address, metadata and message content on our behalf. For transfers to the USA, the Resend Data Processing Addendum provides for the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

The message is sent to our e-mail inbox at IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, where it is stored for further processing.

6. Possible transfer to the manufacturer

Sending the form does not automatically lead to a transfer to the manufacturer in Serbia. Where information is required for technical clarification or tender preparation, later disclosure to NO. 1 POOL D.O.O., Karadjordjeva 40, 22300 Stara Pazova, Serbia may be provided.

Since there is no adequacy decision of the European Commission for Serbia, a transfer will only take place after a legal protection according to art. 44 ff. GDPR. If exceptionally, an explicit consent according to art. 49, par. 1 lit. a GDPR is required, you will receive separate information about the possible risks before disclosure.

7. Storage time

Requests are deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for processing and do not conflict with any legal storage obligations or legitimate proof and defence interests. Inquiries without a subsequent contract are generally deleted at the latest after the expiry of the regular civil limitation period, provided that there are no open processes.

8. Your rights and further information

In particular, you have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection, as far as the legal requirements are met. Full details about your rights, recipients and the services used can be found in the general data protection declaration.
